Hi!
While sitting at my desk at work (picture below, don’t mind the mess 😅), I got a notification from substack: “a new subscription for Roxana’s tips” …
The truth is that I’ve been absent from here, and I didn’t even realize that almost 200 people signed up to get this newsletter.
By the way, thanks for that. 😀
Starting from January, you’ll get what you signed up for:
weekly tips on copywriting
marketing strategies my team and I apply at lempire
tips on how to grow a solid personal brand
As a recap’ of this year, here are a few things learned this year.
I was definitely not enlightened by divine powers or became extra wise out of a sudden, so I had to figure out all from below the hard way via tons of ups and downs.
If a single point inspires you or makes you reflect on the stuff you do, then there are high chances of us becoming friends via these emails. 😅
10 hard truths to remember in 2023
planning without executing = 0
being busy doesn’t mean being productive
if you want to be good at something, teach it
your skills matter, but your mindset decides everything
your fear of missing out is what kills your ability to focus
your personal brand gets you into rooms degrees cannot
showing up every day takes you one step closer to your goals
don’t rely on your motivation - build a strong discipline instead
habits create you or destroy you - whatever you do, you’ll become
being fit and healthy places you in the 1% elite of modern humans
Now, what’s the challenge?
This year I managed to accomplish more and grow 10x faster by doing 1 thing:
→ have an accountability partner
In short, an accountability partner is:
someone who pushes you to reach your goals
someone who can help you stay on track
someone who can challenge you
It can be your life partner, colleague, best friend, sister, name it.
The challenge for you is …
to pick your accountable partner for 2023.
Write down everything you want to accomplish (dream big, ok? 😊)
Choose an accountability partner (make sure you both have a cool connection and can communicate openly)
Start the accountability game (take your role seriously - you’re there to do great stuff and help others accomplish theirs)
Once you’ve done the 3 steps from above, reply to this email so I can keep you accountable for your progress (I’ll send monthly reminders to check your progress and make sure we advance together)
Do you think this sounds like a challenge you can take?
Thanks for reading this,
Take care,
Roxana
I love the concept of having an accountability partner to achieve more. and thanks for those 10 hard truths. Roxana!
